By scheduling a service with Chimney sweep Norfolk, the customer agrees to our terms and conditions. All services will be performed by myself in accordance with current safety standards. The customer is responsible for providing safe and accessible conditions for the sweep to perform the work. Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or structural issues discovered during the sweep.
